This subject hits closer to home because of the number of guys I know who have been searching for months or even years for a call, and yet to find anything despite the fact that it is so evident God has set them apart to do this. A lot of the problem, as Begg says, is that so many churches are looking for the "perfect pastor" and are essentially unwilling to believe that God uses even the weakest of us for His glory.
